VBD Advogados strengthens tax practice with arrival of partner Danilo Breve

With over 15 years of experience in tax law, Breve has advised companies of various sizes and sectors. His work has focused on the preparation of legal opinions, tax analysis of corporate and real estate transactions, business structuring, commercial flows, imports, foreign investments, tax and succession planning, and the identification of tax incentives and tax-efficiency opportunities.
He joins VBD Advogados as a partner, reinforcing the firm’s commitment to offering strategic, customized solutions and adding an in-depth technical perspective aligned with developments in the Brazilian and international tax environment.
Breve holds a master’s degree in International and European Tax Law from Maastricht University (Netherlands), an MBA in Tax Management from FIPECAFI (FEA/USP), a specialization in Tax Law from FGV-SP, and a bachelor’s degree from Mackenzie Presbyterian University.
