FPS strengthens Berlin real estate and construction practice with Associate Partners Jörg Umlauf and Sebastian Voigt

Jörg Umlauf joins FPS as an Associate Partner. He is a specialist lawyer for construction and architects' law with long-standing advisory experience. His work encompasses all facets of construction and architects' law for the real estate industry, both commercial and private, including expert opinions, legal opinions, court representation, negotiations and mediation. He was previously at the firm DBM in Berlin.
Sebastian Voigt joins FPS as an Associate Partner. He is a specialist lawyer for tenancy and condominium law and advises comprehensively in real estate law with a focus on construction and real estate projects as well as transactions. He concentrates on forward-looking contract drafting, judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and commercially oriented advice for risk identification. Prior to joining FPS he worked at Dorn Krämer & Partner in Berlin and served as a lecturer in real estate law at HTW Berlin.
The appointments underpin FPS’s aim to expand its proximity to clients in real estate and construction law, combining strong technical depth, local presence in a key market and integration into the firm’s nationwide expertise.
