KPMG Abogados appoints Carmen Marull as partner in People Services
"KPMG Abogados hires Carmen Marull as partner in its People Services team in Barcelona; she will work on labour, tax, compensation and international mobility advisory."
Marull brings more than 25 years of experience in professional services, including over 15 years as a partner. She has advised national and multinational groups on international mobility, compensation and benefits, and people and organisation matters. Her practice focuses on executive advisory, supporting management committees and boards on tax, labour and corporate governance issues, and on the design of remuneration frameworks and HR transformation projects. Her experience also covers total compensation schemes, talent processes, people analytics and diversity and inclusion initiatives across various industries.
She previously developed her career at PwC and was among the founding partners of Vialto Partners Spain. Marull joins KPMG Abogados at partner level and has more than 15 years' prior experience as a partner. In addition to her advisory work, she lectures at Esade, CEF and UPF Barcelona School of Management. She holds a degree in Economics and Business Administration from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, a master’s degree in tax advisory from Instituto de Empresa, and completed the Executive Development Programme at Esade.
