Jeremy Trinder Rejoins Sidley as Partner in London Global Finance Group

He joins Sidley from Latham & Watkins LLP, where he was a partner and former global co-chair of the firm’s Real Estate practice. Mr. Trinder previously served as an associate in Sidley’s London office between 2000 and 2005.
Mr. Trinder’s broad cross-border practice represents sponsor, lender, and borrower clients on high-value and complex real estate investment, financing, and restructuring transactions involving prominent properties and portfolios. He brings more than 30 years’ experience advising on a wide range of real estate finance instruments, including commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, distressed debt acquisitions and non-performing loans (NPLs), and mortgage-backed securities.
