Proskauer Adds Partner Vlad Bulkin to Private Investment Funds Group
"Vlad Bulkin has joined Proskauer as a partner in its Private Investment Funds Group, focusing on fund formation, capital raising and regulatory compliance for BDCs, registered funds and other investment companies."
Bulkin has extensive experience advising business development companies (BDCs), registered funds and other investment companies on fund formation, capital raising and ongoing regulatory matters under the Investment Company Act and the Investment Advisers Act. He represents issuers and underwriters in public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, including IPOs, at‑the‑market offerings, preferred stock offerings, debt offerings and strategic mergers, and counsels public regulated investment companies on governance, reporting and securities law compliance. He joins Proskauer as a partner and will contribute to the Firm’s capabilities in fund formation, transactions and regulatory compliance within its private capital practices.
Bulkin’s arrival continues a period of lateral growth across Proskauer’s Private Investment Funds and Global Finance groups: since the start of 2024 the Private Investment Funds team has added 14 partners and the Global Finance group has welcomed 25 partners.
