King & Spalding Adds Three Partners to Dallas Complex Commercial and IP Litigation Team
"King & Spalding has hired LeElle Slifer, John T. Sullivan and Katrina Eash as partners in Dallas to strengthen its complex commercial and intellectual property litigation practice."
LeElle Slifer is a trial lawyer who served as global co-chair of Winston & Strawn’s General Litigation practice. She has substantial experience across a wide range of disputes, including breach of contract, oil and gas, breach of fiduciary duty, antitrust, patent and copyright infringement, non-competes, theft of trade secrets and class actions. She has litigated in federal and state courts nationwide, tried matters before judges and juries, and participated in domestic and international arbitrations, including before the International Chamber of Commerce in London. Slifer joins King & Spalding as a partner from Winston & Strawn, where she served as global co-chair of the General Litigation practice.
John T. Sullivan focuses on complex commercial litigation, internal investigations and white-collar criminal defense. He represents corporations and individuals across industries at all stages of litigation and has extensive dispositive motion, deposition, oral argument and trial experience; he also works closely with witnesses to prepare them for deposition and trial testimony. He frequently handles matters involving breach of contract, fraud, trade secrets, fiduciary duties, the False Claims Act, class actions and other business disputes and regulatory matters. Sullivan joins King & Spalding as a partner from Winston & Strawn.
Katrina Eash is a trial lawyer whose practice concentrates on bet-the-business complex commercial disputes, including class actions, patent and trademark infringement, fraud, breach of contract, non-compete and non-solicitation, partnership and business torts, and unfair competition disputes. She also has extensive experience defending companies in Federal Trade Commission investigations and advising on regulatory compliance issues. Eash joins King & Spalding as a partner from Winston & Strawn.
