Orsingher Ortu appoints Guidomaria Brambilla as partner

Guidomaria Brambilla is specialised in corporate M&A and advises industrial operators and private equity funds on commercial and corporate law, in particular in the context of extraordinary transactions in Italy and cross-border. Over the course of her career she has gained significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buy-outs, joint ventures, buy-and-build transactions and corporate reorganisations, working across sectors including fashion, design, packaging, food & beverage, energy and retail.
Before joining Orsingher Ortu as partner, Brambilla spent more than seven years at Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici, where she had arrived in 2018 after three years as a collaborator at Gianni & Origoni. Earlier in her career she was a trainee at Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati.
