Kemp strengthens corporate M&A with partner Alessandro Patti

Alessandro Patti, who joins Kemp from Studio Patti, will work alongside lead partner Marco Pocci to develop the Corporate M&A practice from Kemp’s London and Milan offices. Admitted to practice in Italy and the State of New York, Patti built his career at international firms including Chiomenti, Latham & Watkins LLP (Milan) and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP (London). He has regularly advised a predominantly international clientele—including private equity funds, family offices and industrial companies—on complex corporate transactions, with a particular focus on cross-border deals. In recent years he has also specialised in fundraising for technology start-ups. He speaks Italian, German, English and French.
Pia De Negri joins Kemp as an associate in the same Corporate M&A department.
Marco Pocci, lead partner of the London and Milan offices, welcomed the appointments, noting that Patti’s cross-border experience and established reputation with international clients will help elevate the firm’s support on complex and strategic global transactions.
