Simmons & Simmons strengthens German private equity offering with Dr Hans Peter Leube
"Simmons & Simmons appoints Dr Hans Peter Leube as partner in Frankfurt to reinforce its private equity and corporate M&A practice, focusing on TMT and Healthcare & Life Sciences."
Peter joins from Morgan Lewis and brings a well-established practice in private equity and broader corporate M&A, with particular strength in mid‑market and upper mid‑market transactions. He acts for German and international private equity funds as well as infrastructure investors and advises on buy‑out transactions, minority investments, growth investments and equity participation schemes. His distinct sector focus on telecommunications, digital infrastructure including data centres, IT/software and digital health aligns closely with Simmons & Simmons’ strategic sector focus on Technology, Media & Telecommunications (TMT) and Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), and will further strengthen the firm’s transactional capabilities across Europe’s digital and infrastructure markets. Peter will be joined by an experienced team.
