Goodwin Expands Boston Private Equity Practice with Cory Lewis and Pat Argenio

Cory Lewis has joined Goodwin as a partner in the Boston office. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies throughout the investment lifecycle and counsels clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing complex U.S. and cross-border transactions, including leveraged buyouts, carve-outs, spin-offs, and other strategic M&A transactions.
Patrick (Pat) Argenio has joined Goodwin as counsel in the Boston office. He represents private equity sponsors, growth equity investors, and their portfolio companies across a broad range of corporate transactions, and counsels clients on structuring, negotiating, and executing leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions, and growth equity investments, with a particular focus on the software and technology industries.
Associates Gabby Carusello and Sydney France have also joined Goodwin’s private equity team as associates.
