Hogan Lovells adds M&A partner Bryan Lowrance to Boston office
"Hogan Lovells has hired M&A partner Bryan Lowrance into its Boston office. He will work in the firm’s M&A practice, focusing on life sciences and health care transactional work."
Lowrance has a broad M&A practice encompassing mergers, stock purchases, asset purchases, carve-out and spin-off transactions, and both public and private target M&A on the buy-side and the sell-side. His work is largely concentrated in the Life Sciences & Health Care sector, and he also has experience in medical devices, pharmaceutics, semiconductors, insurance, and public utilities. He regularly advises clients on shareholder activism defense.
He joins Hogan Lovells as a partner. Lowrance comes from Ropes & Gray, where he served as the co-lead for the shareholder activism defense practice. Prior to Ropes & Gray, he worked at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton. Lowrance holds a J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School, a Ph.D. from Columbia University and a B.A. from Cornell University.
