Ms. Choi is a finance and private equity lawyer who advises private equity sponsors, large corporate borrowers, financial institutions and direct lenders on a broad range of complex, multi‑jurisdictional financings across the capital structure. She will join S&C’s acquisition finance, private credit and restructuring practice as a partner in London. Ms. Choi has been recognized in the market as a Rising Star of European Finance by Financial News (2025), an IFLR Rising Star of Banking and Finance International (2025), and was included in Law.com’s Rising Stars: Best Up and Coming Women list for 2025.
