Clifford Chance hires Aurélien Favier as Counsel in Luxembourg funds team

Favier brings almost 20 years of experience in fund structuring and legal support for alternative asset managers. He advises on the formation and restructuring of Luxembourg-based investment funds, with a focus on alternative asset classes and private equity.
He joins Clifford Chance from Pictet Group, where he most recently served as Head of Fund Legal PE/RE. Favier has also held senior roles at DLA Piper, Société Générale Securities Services and Loyens & Loeff.
