Birketts appoints Duncan Reed as Partner in regulatory and corporate defence

Based in Birketts’ Bristol office, Reed is the first hire for the firm’s regulatory and corporate defence team in the region and will lead the expansion of the practice in the South West.
With over 20 years’ experience, Reed specialises in health and safety law, handling regulatory compliance, product liability, food safety and consumer issues. He provides both contentious and non-contentious advice, acts as a Solicitor Advocate representing clients facing regulatory prosecutions and investigations, and supports individuals and organisations at inquests and public inquiries.
