Bevan Brittan appoints Ben Gorner as Partner in Employment, Pensions and Immigration team
"Ben Gorner joins Bevan Brittan as a Partner in its Employment, Pensions and Immigration (EPI) practice, based in Birmingham, co‑leading the team after joining from Gateley."
Based in Birmingham, Ben will co‑lead the EPI department with current head Jodie Sinclair, take a seat on the firm’s Board and form part of the senior leadership team, helping to accelerate growth across key markets including Commercial Services and Insurance and Financial Services. He is the 11th partner to join the EPI team.
Ben brings more than two decades of experience at major UK commercial law firms and acts for both national and international clients. His practice covers the full range of employment litigation, including complex tribunal claims and High Court restrictive covenant disputes. He also has significant experience in transactional matters, including TUPE transfers, change management and international projects. Ben contributes to the profession through membership of the Birmingham Law Society’s Employment Committee and the Employment Lawyers Association.
