PwC Tax & Legal appoints Andrés Mochales as Corporate partner
"Andrés Mochales joins PwC Tax & Legal as a partner in its Corporate Law department, where he will work on M&A and transactional matters across infrastructure, energy, aviation, TMT and healthcare."
Mochales joins PwC from A&O Shearman, where he served as a senior associate. He brings extensive experience advising corporates, private equity funds and financial sponsors on a wide range of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, including acquisitions, co-investments, restructurings and reorganisations. His sector expertise spans infrastructure, energy, aviation, TMT and healthcare.
Andrés Mochales holds a double degree in Law and Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia Comillas (ICADE) and an LLM from the University of York. At PwC Tax & Legal he will join the team led by Joaquín Latorre to support the firm’s growing corporate practice.
