Ramón y Cajal adds Joaquín Alegre and Javier Pascual as partners in banking and finance

Joaquín Alegre joins from Crowe. He has experience advising on financing transactions, both domestic and international, covering structured finance as well as alternative financing solutions. He joins Ramón y Cajal as a partner in the banking and finance practice.
Javier Pascual joins from Act Legal and specialises in alternative project finance, including tokenisation, crypto-asset services, decentralised finance (DeFi) and fintech. He joins Ramón y Cajal as a partner in the banking and finance practice.
