Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Antitrust Partner Greg Olsen to London Office

With more than 30 years of experience, Olsen focuses on major UK and EU competition matters, including mergers, joint ventures, market investigations, cartels and antitrust investigations across a wide range of sectors. He has represented leading corporate, private equity and financial institution clients and is noted for securing timely first- and second-stage merger control clearances and for achieving successful resolutions of detailed behavioural investigations before UK and EU competition authorities, particularly in the financial services, technology, media and consumer goods sectors.
Olsen will step down from his current role as an Ordinary Member of the UK Competition Appeal Tribunal once he has fulfilled his existing commitments. Prior to his appointment to the Tribunal, he served as Head of the London Antitrust Practice at two international law firms. His arrival at Willkie is presented by the firm as part of its continued investment in its global Antitrust & Competition practice and as an enhancement to its ability to advise clients navigating a changing regulatory landscape.
