Goodwin Adds Ed Kingsbury as Partner to Investment Funds Team in London

Kingsbury brings over two decades of experience advising sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds. His practice focuses on venture capital and growth equity, private equity, credit, infrastructure and other alternative asset classes including litigation funding and royalties. He also advises on secondaries transactions and investment management arrangements. Kingsbury is a long-standing member of the UK Private Capital regulatory committee and of the Invest Europe financial services working group.
His arrival follows a series of strategic hires to Goodwin’s London team. Goodwin’s global Investment Funds practice comprises more than 200 dedicated lawyers and advises investment managers across a wide range of fund sizes and asset classes.
