She joins Al Tamimi & Company from A&O Shearman and will bolster the firm’s corporate department in Egypt, where she began her legal career, with a double focus on clients in Egypt and the UAE.
Darwish’s expertise spans mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, corporate restructurings and strategic investments, with a solid track record in cross-border and growth-stage mandates. She regularly advises investors, funds and founder-backed companies on early and growth-stage fundraisings and exits, including due diligence, deal structuring, negotiations and regulatory compliance.
