Martínez-Echevarría hires Andrés Salinero
"Martínez-Echevarría has appointed Andrés Salinero as of counsel to bolster its international economic and trade practice in the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi and Dubai)."
Salinero is qualified in Economics from Universidad CEU San Pablo and in Law from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED), and is a Spanish State commercial technician and economist. He will work on matters related to the firm’s international strategy in the United Arab Emirates.
He began his career at Spain’s Directorate-General of the Treasury within the unit responsible for EU economic and monetary affairs. He later held several senior roles at the Secretariat of State for Trade, including head of the support unit for the Directorate-General for Trade and Investment and chief of staff at the Secretariat of State for Trade.
Salinero has also served on Spanish diplomatic postings in Paraguay, Puerto Rico and the United Arab Emirates, where he acted as economic and commercial counsellor in Dubai.
