Wynne Reece represents business owners, executives and boards across a wide range of industries in mergers and acquisitions, trademark and brand protection, investor strategy, team structuring, corporate governance and outside general counsel work. She has founded and sold businesses, bringing firsthand insight into the operational, emotional and financial challenges of building and scaling companies, and her practice emphasizes dispute prevention and building resilient legal and operational foundations for clients.
Reece joins Dorsey from Bassford Remele, where she was a Shareholder. She received her J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law and her B.S. from the University of Minnesota.
