Willkie Farr & Gallagher Adds Partners Christopher Forrester and Yian Huang to Palo Alto Corporate Finance and M&A Team

Christopher Forrester joins Willkie as a partner and will serve as Co-Managing Partner of the Palo Alto office alongside Tiffany Lee. He has a broad corporate finance practice with an emphasis on capital markets and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions transactions and corporate governance. He is also a regular commentator in the market, speaking frequently on securities laws and Delaware corporate law, and is a co-author on a treatise on fiduciary duties.
Yian Huang joins Willkie as a partner in the Palo Alto office. She represents companies, investment banks and sponsors in a broad range of corporate transactions, including securities offerings, Exchange Act reporting and compliance, venture capital, debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate and commercial matters.
Both Forrester and Huang join from the Silicon Valley office of A&O Shearman (formerly Shearman & Sterling), where they had been practicing together for more than a decade.
