Lindsay Flora brings extensive experience in complex corporate transactions and high-yield financings. She advises leading private equity sponsors and firms, financial institutions, borrowers, lenders and both private and public companies on leveraged acquisitions, syndicated debt facilities, debt commitments, bridge loans and secured lending. Flora joins Weil as a partner from Dechert, where she was a partner in that firm’s Global Finance practice and led borrower-side representations across the private equity, M&A and liability management spectrum. Earlier in her career she served as a corporate partner at another international law firm.
