Anselmi advises sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a broad range of project and infrastructure financing transactions, including bank financings, private placements, bonds and private credit transactions. He has extensive experience advising clients at all stages of project development and financing, including joint venture and structuring arrangements, multi-source financings involving export credit agencies and multilateral lending agencies, and expansions. He represents clients across industry sectors such as oil and gas, LNG, digital infrastructure (including data centers), logistics and infrastructure, mining and renewables, and has advised on projects in the United States, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and Australia.
