Squire Patton Boggs Welcomes Gemma Hanley as Partner in Pensions Practice

Ms. Hanley was previously head of Pensions at Eversheds Sutherland in Leeds and returns to Squire Patton Boggs, where she previously spent almost ten years. She focuses on advising trustee and corporate clients on UK defined benefit pension plans and provides specialist pensions support on corporate transactions and employment projects. Ms. Hanley has significant experience in the energy, utilities and transportation sectors.
