Gatti most recently served as executive vice president and head of legal at Amherst Residential, a real estate investment, development, and operating platform, where he led legal strategy. He brings extensive experience in securitization as well as asset management and corporate finance.
His practice at Morgan Lewis will focus on the structuring and execution of asset-backed securitizations and other structured finance transactions. He has significant experience across a range of financing structures, with a particular focus on single-family residential assets and residential mortgages, and advises financial institutions, investment managers, and other market participants across the full lifecycle of transactions.
