Ilir Mujalovic is known for his work in the capital markets space and joins Cleary as a partner. He has extensive experience advising on initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, convertible bonds, high-yield and investment-grade debt offerings, and other financing transactions. He works with clients across healthcare, telecommunications, energy, consumer retail, and financial institutions, and is a go-to advisor for biotechnology, medical technology, diagnostics and healthcare services transactions.
