Medina will represent corporate clients in a broad range of complex disputes, including breach of contractual obligations, intellectual property disputes, commercial real estate and construction matters, and product liability issues. A key focus of her practice is electronic discovery (e-discovery), where she manages identification, preservation, collection and analysis of electronically stored information (ESI), develops defensible discovery strategies, and oversees large-scale document productions. She combines legal insight with practical business understanding, emphasizing thorough preparation, clear communication and a results-driven work ethic.
Prior to joining Armstrong Teasdale, Medina was an associate at another Miami-area law firm. She also served as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward County State Attorney’s Office, prosecuting criminal misdemeanor and felony cases, and worked as a Legal Clerk at the Department of Energy’s Y-12 National Security Complex conducting research on intellectual property and compliance matters within the federal regulatory framework.
