Nader, Hayaux & Goebel strengthens energy and infrastructure practice with two senior hires in Mexico

Diana Pineda is widely recognized for her work at the intersection of energy, project development and dispute resolution. She has advised domestic and international stakeholders on high-value, complex matters across the hydrocarbons and power sectors, including regulatory strategy, project structuring and contentious proceedings. Pineda has represented sponsors, developers and major industry participants in regulatory, transactional and arbitration matters, and is noted for her technical depth and strategic judgment. She joins the firm as a partner.
Pedro Lladó is a recognized practitioner in infrastructure and energy, with a particular focus on project development and finance. He has advised sponsors, lenders and investors on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, including acquisitions, financings and the development of large-scale projects in regulated industries. The power and oil & gas sectors are also within his repertoire, where he has participated in significant transactions involving project structuring, financing arrangements and contractual frameworks. Lladó joins the firm as of counsel.
