A&A – Albè & Associati appoints Mirella Mogavero as of counsel

Mogavero brings to A&A more than forty years of experience, gained predominantly in the public sector at the highest levels. Until recently she served as coordinating general of the INPS Legal Department (Avvocatura INPS), leading a national legal structure of approximately 300 lawyers and 800 officials and managing litigation of exceptional complexity and economic value. She has developed highly specialised expertise in labour law and social security, with particular experience in strategic litigation management, debt recovery, insolvency proceedings and corporate crisis management, as well as in advising governance bodies on sensitive matters. She has also built significant competence in institutional relations and dialogue with the judiciary, public administrations, professional orders and leading stakeholders.
Her entry strengthens the firm’s growth and specialisation, enhancing its offering of high-value consultancy to companies, industrial groups, funds and institutional clients. At A&A she will support the firm’s professionals in strategic and contentious advisory work and will participate in cross-cutting firm projects, including conferences and other outreach initiatives, contributing a systemic vision and deep knowledge of regulatory and governance dynamics.
