Paroli Fossa & Associati strengthens Corporate Tax team with Sandra Lai
"Paroli Fossa & Associati appoints Sandra Lai as an associate in its Corporate Tax team; she will also join the Tax Control Framework and Cooperative Compliance group focused on fiscal governance and compliance."
Lai will be a member of the firm's Corporate Tax team and will also form part of the team dedicated to the Tax Control Framework (TCF) and Cooperative Compliance, led by lawyer Patrizio Braccioni. Her entry as an associate is part of the firm’s strategic strengthening and continuity initiative begun last summer, with particular emphasis on fiscal governance, compliance and preventive dialogue with the tax authorities.
Lai brings solid experience in corporate taxation, both domestic and international, having carried out tax, corporate and accounting advisory work.
