De Guise joins Al Tamimi from Osborne Clarke, where he served as Chief People Officer and was a member of both the International and UK executive boards. He has held senior HR leadership roles across international professional services organisations, including Fieldfisher, TLT Solicitors and EY.
His specialisation is in people and human resources. His expertise spans partner remuneration, leadership development, succession planning, talent management and performance culture. In his new role at Al Tamimi and Company he will oversee the firm’s people and culture strategy across all offices, with particular focus on leadership development, partner and talent progression, performance frameworks, reward strategy and organisational effectiveness.
