Benesch Welcomes Nicholas J. Brill as Of Counsel in Corporate Practice Group

Brill advises publicly and privately held companies on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, minority investments and other strategic transactions, as well as general corporate matters. His experience includes representing private equity funds, family offices and their portfolio companies, Fortune 500 companies and founder-owned businesses across the manufacturing, industrial, healthcare and software sectors. He also regularly counsels clients on commercial contracting, entity formation, governance, joint venture agreements, securityholder agreements and securities compliance.
Brill joins Benesch as Of Counsel. Earlier in his career he spent three years as a corporate associate in Benesch’s Chicago office. He returns to the firm after expanding his practice at a corporate firm and serving as in-house counsel for an independent private equity fund.
