Agostino Papa and Edoardo Campo join Deloitte Legal
"Deloitte Legal welcomes Agostino Papa and Edoardo Campo with their DLA Piper team to strengthen its Financial Services, Investment Management and Real Estate practices."
Agostino Papa brings experience in asset management, financial markets regulation and in complex transactions involving institutional and public investors. He will work within Deloitte Legal’s Financial Services, Investment Management and Real Estate offerings. Papa and his team arrive from DLA Piper.
Edoardo Campo, arriving from DLA Piper with the same team, contributes to the firm’s practice covering Financial Services, Investment Management and Real Estate. Together with Antonio Castellana Soldano, Antonio Benincasa and Luca Di Norscia, he brings cross-disciplinary expertise assisting leading operators in the financial sector and in asset management, banking and insurance, with reference to both the regulation of market participants and of products, to the structuring of investment operations and to remuneration and incentive systems for personnel.
The team’s expertise is further integrated by Francesco Edoardo Ascione, who, with Michele Musto, will lead the development of Real Estate Investment activity, and by Giuseppina Leoncavallo, who, with Alessia De Cicco and Bianca Maccaferri, will handle civil and financial litigation matters connected to the practice.
Deloitte Legal said the arrival of Agostino Papa and his team further consolidates its position as a multidisciplinary platform for financial operators, institutional investors and regulated entities, strengthening the integration of legal, regulatory and business skills within the Deloitte network.
