Banking & Finance Partner Anne Seymour Rejoins Weil, Gotshal & Manges in Boston

Seymour represents corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors and direct lenders in a wide range of financing transactions, including growth, middle‑market and large‑cap financings, asset‑based loans, acquisition financings and working capital facilities. She has experience across industries including healthcare, industrials, technology and consumer services and has advised on financing products of all types. She returns to Weil from Foley Hoag LLP, where she was a partner, and was previously a lawyer in Weil’s Banking & Finance Group in New York. Seymour began her career at Weil and is the 16th partner to return to the firm since the beginning of 2023.
