Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani welcomes Stewart G. Milch as Appellate Partner in Dallas

Milch brings more than three decades of appellate practice experience and a proven record of success before the nation’s highest courts. He will work in the firm’s appellate practice, providing strategic appellate counseling and advocacy and representing clients at both the trial and appellate levels. Milch is admitted to practice in Texas and New York, before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York, before the U.S. Courts of Appeal for the Second, Third, Fifth, and Eighth Circuits, and before the U.S. Supreme Court. He earned his law degree from New York Law School and his undergraduate degree from Hobart College.
