Goodwin Names Julia Kolovarsky Partner in New York Private Investment Funds Practice

Kolovarsky brings more than two decades of experience advising sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds across asset classes. She advises on the structuring and formation of funds across a wide range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital and growth equity, as well as fund-of-funds, evergreen funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts. She works with global asset managers, emerging sponsors and institutional investors.
