Goodwin Names Julia Kolovarsky Partner in New York Private Investment Funds Practice

Julia Kolovarsky has joined Goodwin as a partner in the firm’s Private Investment Funds practice in the New York office.

Kolovarsky brings more than two decades of experience advising sponsors and institutional investors on the structuring, formation and operation of private investment funds across asset classes. She advises on the structuring and formation of funds across a wide range of strategies, including private equity, venture capital and growth equity, as well as fund-of-funds, evergreen funds, co-investments and separately managed accounts. She works with global asset managers, emerging sponsors and institutional investors.

Eric Goldstein, Private Equity partner at Goodwin, said Kolovarsky is known for her thoughtful judgment, practical approach to complex fund structures and entrepreneurial mindset. He added that her collaborative style and commitment to mentorship will further enrich the team and support the continued growth of the firm’s private funds practice.
