Ejaso hires Héctor Pérez Tapia as tax partner

Héctor Pérez Tapia joins Ejaso from Selier Abogados, where he most recently served as managing partner of the tax department. He has experience in global wealth, financial and tax planning for private banking clients, with a particular focus on high net worth and ultra high net worth individuals. His practice also covers advisory work on M&A transactions, tax planning, project finance and real estate tax, advising regularly on complex structures and transactions. In parallel, Pérez Tapia serves as a board member, secretary to the board of directors and general counsel of Corecapital Finanzas, and his profile includes significant academic and outreach activity at Universidad Carlos III of Madrid, Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and Universidad Europea de Madrid, as well as regular contributions to leading legal and tax seminars and forums.
David Pérez Francisco joins Ejaso as a principal associate in the same tax practice. The announcement does not specify his prior firm or previous seniority.
