BCLP Strengthens New York Real Estate Team with Partner Stephanie Stein
"BCLP hires Stephanie Stein as Partner in its New York Real Estate team within the Commercial Real Estate practice; she will handle acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and financings across multiple asset classes."
Stein joins BCLP from McDermott Will & Schulte and brings extensive experience across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, leasing and financings. Her practice spans a wide range of asset classes, including commercial, industrial, multifamily, retail, office, hotel, mixed‑use and senior living, and she represents landlords and corporate tenants in leasing matters nationwide.
Her experience also includes large portfolio deals, intricate corporate matters and structuring complex credit facilities. She will work on complex equity‑side real estate matters and support cross‑practice work with private equity and M&A teams as part of BCLP’s continued expansion of its U.S. real estate platform.
