Simpson Thacher & Bartlett Welcomes Jeff Nardinelli as IP Litigation Partner in San Francisco

Jeff focuses on intellectual property litigation with an emphasis on emerging technologies, including cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency, finance and life sciences. He has represented leading companies such as Google, Waymo, Samsung, Buf, Natera and Swan Bitcoin in patent, trade secret and other technology-focused litigation. He joins Simpson Thacher from Quinn Emanuel. Earlier in his career, Jeff clerked for the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
