Daley advises on cross-border mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences and healthcare sector. She also advises emerging growth companies on start-up and formation matters, corporate governance, venture financings and transformational transactions across industries including technology, financial institutions and telecommunications. Daley joins White & Case as a partner from another law firm, where she was a partner, and she has prior in-house experience as associate general counsel of a Nasdaq-listed global company.
