Ketul brings deep experience defending employers across a full spectrum of labor and employment matters and provides proactive counsel to help organizations mitigate risk and prevent disputes. He has handled cases involving discrimination, retaliation, harassment, failure to accommodate, wrongful termination, defamation, and a variety of other statutory, contractual, and tort-related claims. Ketul also has extensive experience with California and national wage-and-hour matters, representing employers in class actions and administrative proceedings, and regularly advises management on leave laws, disability accommodations, workplace violence prevention, and employee discipline and termination processes. He assists employers in developing policies, reviewing handbooks, and conducting large-scale audits to identify and address potential compliance risks.
Ketul joins Dorsey from Fox Rothschild, where he was a Partner. He received his J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and his B.S. from the University of California, San Diego.
