Proskauer Appoints Mei Mei Wong as Partner in London Fund Finance Group
"Proskauer has hired Mei Mei Wong as a partner in its London Fund Finance Group. She will work on NAV facilities, subscription lines, hybrid and co-invest facilities, preferred equity, secondaries and private credit financings."
Mei Mei advises on a wide spectrum of fund finance transactions, including NAV facilities, capital call/subscription line facilities, hybrid facilities, co-invest facilities, preferred equity structures, rated note feeder structures, GP support structures, secondaries and private credit financings. She also advises investment funds, alternative credit providers, financial institutions and multinational corporates. She joins Proskauer at partner level in the Firm's London Fund Finance Group.
Mei Mei’s arrival forms part of a broader period of lateral growth across Proskauer’s Global Finance and Private Funds groups. Since the start of 2024 the Global Finance group has added 24 partners worldwide and the Private Funds team has added 12 partners across New York, London and Paris. The Firm’s London office welcomed nine new partners in 2025 and now exceeds 200 lawyers, more than 60 of whom are partners.
