Martín Gamero is a member of the Madrid Bar Association and brings thirty years of professional experience, almost entirely focused on labor and social security law. He built his career at various law firms, mainly PwC and Montero Aramburu & Gómez-Villares y Atencia. He has advised top-tier companies, both public and private, and senior executives across multiple sectors. His practice has included ongoing advisory work, representation in individual and collective labor disputes at all levels, negotiation of collective agreements, participation in restructuring processes including pre-insolvency and insolvency, conducting labor audits and issuing specialised legal opinions. Throughout his career he has authored and coordinated legal publications, taught courses and specialised seminars, and spoken at conferences in his field.
