María Gómez Ramos joins Bové Montero y Asociados as HR Director

In her role as HR director, María Gómez Ramos will lead and develop the firm’s international talent, overseeing both the internal HR department and client-facing HR services for talent acquisition. She joins the firm with more than 15 years of experience in multinational companies managing talent and designing HR strategies across various sectors in Spain and abroad. An expert in recruitment, she previously served as human resources business partner (HRBP) at the Guipuzcoan multinational Angulas Aguinaga and earlier worked at Michael Page, specialising in middle- and top-management recruitment and developing the Central America Desk. She holds a degree in Business Administration and a Master’s in Leadership Development from Deusto Business School.
Bové Montero y Asociados, presided over by José María Bové, has a team of 160 professionals from 20 nationalities and serves clients from five offices across Spain: Madrid, Barcelona, Palma de Mallorca, Seville and Valencia.
