Dridi will assume the senior role of head of legal and governance solutions, working alongside boards and leadership teams to enhance decision-making, transparency and oversight. She will also collaborate with company secretaries and legal departments to streamline workflows around meetings, documentation and compliance processes. Her remit includes ESG engagement and integration and fostering industry dialogue.
Commenting on her appointment, Dridi said she is excited about developing the ESG and governance side of the role, noting that boards in the region are increasingly expected to demonstrate accountability and transparency toward investors and stakeholders. She added that her interest lies in making oversight and reporting practical and in exploring how technology can support those processes.
