Fivers appoints Sergio Fienga as partner in Rome to bolster energy & infrastructure practice
"Sergio Fienga joins Fivers in Rome as a partner to strengthen its energy & infrastructure practice, bringing administrative and regulatory expertise in public procurement, concessions and energy regulation."
Fienga is described as one of Italy’s leading administrative law practitioners active in regulated sectors, with particular expertise in the energy & infrastructure area that Fivers is investing in structurally. He brings extensive experience in public procurement, concessions, urban planning and administrative proceedings, having assisted public bodies, publicly owned companies and major industrial operators. He also has significant activity in regulated energy sectors with particular attention to environmental law.
Fienga’s professional career began at Clarich Libertini Macaluso & Valli. He then became partner and head of the administrative law department at Dewey & LeBoeuf, followed by a role as partner and head of the administrative department at Cdp (Caiazzo Donnini Pappalardo). In 2017 he joined Pedersoli (now PedersoliGattai), where he served as a partner prior to his move to Fivers.
He joins Fivers’ Rome office as a partner, reinforcing the firm’s strategic focus on energy & infrastructure. His arrival follows earlier hires in the same practice area and contributes to the strengthening of the Rome presence, which the firm says now counts six partners and 25 professionals.
