Masotti Cassella strengthens cybersecurity and AI compliance through partnership with Giovanni Ciano

Giovanni Ciano is a specialist in tech compliance and cybersecurity. He graduated in Law from the University of Milano‑Bicocca and built his career at his own practice, Studio Legale Ciano, which he founded. Ciano has supported companies in adapting to key European regulations, including NIS2, the AI Act and the Data Act, and has focused on translating regulatory obligations into concrete operational processes. His work has included gap analysis, the definition of compliance roadmaps, drafting data protection procedures and incident management protocols, always in close collaboration with corporate IT teams to ensure verifiable compliance. He is the author of the volume Digital Services Act e Digital Markets Act and serves as team leader of the Intelligenza Artificiale e Diritti working group within the Clusit Community for Security.
Ciano joins Masotti Cassella in a partnership capacity, having previously served as founder of Studio Legale Ciano.
