Cahill Gordon & Reindel LLP Welcomes Partner Lisa Seifman to London as Chair of Real Estate Finance and Co-Chair of Digital Infrastructure Finance

Lisa Seifman brings particular knowledge of data center financings and advises on a wide range of market-leading projects worldwide. She represents financial institutions and sponsors as well as internationally active developers and operators, and has broad experience in local and pan-European transactions. She has extensive experience in complex cross-border real estate financings, including real estate investment acquisitions and disposals, development financing, NPL portfolio purchases and loan-on-loan real estate financings. She is entering Cahill as a partner and will lead the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice while co-heading its Digital Infrastructure Finance practice.
Jeremy Duffy will maintain a leveraged finance focus at Cahill, advising global financial institutions, companies and sponsors and their affiliated funds on European and cross-border leveraged finance matters. He serves as Chair of Cahill’s European Leveraged Finance practice group and Co-Chair of the Digital Infrastructure Finance practice, further strengthening the firm’s transatlantic leveraged finance platform and complementing Cahill’s London team on data center and digital infrastructure financings.
